With the faith of a mustured seed, you can move a Mountain

Text for this message is: MATTHEW 17:20-21

Mountains are generally hard to climb because they are usually large and upright without stairs to make the climb easier. The religious life has always depicted mountains as symbols of hardships and difficulties to life. Mountains are the problems that we need to solve, obstacles to overcome, and the general difficulties that are needed to be dealt with.

So what kinds of mountains do the youth of today face? Drugs. Drinking. Family problems. Pregnancy. Relationships. School. The truth is that life itself is a mountain because there are always problems to be faced. But using our scripture Christ says that if you have the faith of a mustard seed, you can say to the mountains in your life, "Move from here to there", and it will have to obey you.

While it is true that faith may not always change the outer circumstances of our life but it always changes our Outlook!

Hebrews, chapter 11, verse 1, says, "Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen." One always hears that it is not the outside that counts but what is on the inside looking out that really make the difference.

Sometimes in life you have to use just a little mental magic to get over the 'mountains' in our lives by remembering the little red train who had to climb the mountain he faced, continually saying, "I think I can", "I think I can", and when making the climb of a life time he finally says "I knew I could", "I knew I could." Accomplishing that goal is the one thing that you have to keep focused on and keep in mind that Christ is there to help you through all of your trials. HE does want you to succeed to overcome your personal mountain.

Faith can change your outlook...And if your outlook has been changed, it does not matter what is on the horizon. In 2 Corinthians 5, the Aspotle Paul, in dealing with his own eminent death said, "We walk by faith, not by sight." FAITH changes your outlook. Faith can move mountains because faith can change the outlook of your life despite what is on your horizon.

Faith can move your mountain because faith enlarges the possibilities of life.

It is sometimes helpful to look at the different ways that verses are translated or spoken about in one gospel or another. For example, in the book of Luke, Jesus says, "If you had faith the size of a mustard seed, you could say to this mulberry tree, "Be uprooted and planted in the sea, and it would obey you." While the imagery changes here a little we can see that faith can create new possibilities that did not exist before faith. Faith enlarges the possibilities of life. Faith enlarges the options because faith brings God directly to bear on the situation. Remembering mathematics here, when you change one variable in an equation, you change the outcome of that equation. So when you put faith and God into your life you have changed two huge variables in the equation of your life, there by changing the outcome of that equation.

Let God's grace move through your trials!

Call upon God's grace using the powers of other peoples prayers and annointing oils. You want to have the grace of God to move through your life by any means necessary to bring about the end that God would have for you.

Faith is not about constricting the possibilities.

Faith enlarges the possibilities and creates new possibilities. A problem is only a problem as long as there is no solution. If there is even a hint of a possibilitie of a solution, you don't have the same problems. If you have God in your life, you will still have problems, but with God in your life there are always other possibilities.

God is the author of possibilitiy !!

Before creation, there was nothing...but God authored a new possibility and Creation camento being. For the Israelites there was no hope in slavery. But God created a new possibility and Pharaoh let God's people go. Jesus could have died on the cross, but God raised a new possibility and raised Christ to a new life. Faith can move mountains because faith enlarges the possibilities of life.

Faith can move mountains because we are connected to the mover of mountains by our faith. Have you ever noticed that our God is a mountain God?

God does some of His best work on a mountain top.

It was on a mountaintop that Issac was saved from sacrafice. It was on a mountain top that Moses met God met the LORD in the burning bush. Jesus was transfiqured on a mountain and crucified on the mountain top of Calvary. Yes we serve a God of mountains. El Shadi...God of mountains. HE can make mountains, HE can move mountains, and our faith connects us to the LORD of mountains.

Take your mountain to the LORD of mountains, and in faith pray, and then believe, and it shall be done for you. There are problems to which GOD has given a promise and provision, have faith.

JOY in the Face of Wickedness?

JOY ! In the Face of Wickedness (?) Is that even Possible?

Psalm 1: 1-3 : (NLT)
"Oh, the joys of those
who do not follow the advice of the wicked,
or stand around with sinners,
or join in with scoffers.
(2) But they delight in doing everything the LORD wants;
day and night they think about HIS law.
(3) They are like trees planted along the riverbank,
bearing fruit each season without fail.
Their leaves never wither, and in all they do, they prosper."

These are real promises that GOD makes to each of us; when we do not follow anything the wicked advice, or even if we are seen to be making decisions not to stand around with those people we know are wicked, joining in with them and scoffing at the things of the LORD but rather, we are seen to be delighting in everything that the LORD says and wants us to do; everyday and every night, thinking always upon HIM and HIS laws then:

(3 rpt) ...(we become)..."Like trees planted along the riverbank,
bearing fruit each season without fail.
Their leaves never wither, and in all they do they prosper."

(6) "For the LORD watches over the path of the Godly,
but the path of the wicked leads to destruction."

Think for a moment about how strong a tree is. It is solid, wrapped layer by layer of rings of hard bark, and once planted alongside a riverbank, it always has nourishment, never thirsty and always sustained through the food of the clean water it drinks, making it continually stronger and growing almost imperceptibly, but growing never the less.
Just as the trees leaves never wither, when we obey GOD, HIS laws and teachings, our 'leaves' will never wither either, which really means everything about us will have strength and never die. When we Delight in GOD, Day and Night and when we think and act upon ALL of HIS laws then the LORD'S promise to us is "In Everything We Do, We Will Prosper!"

If you say "hi" to someone, and they in turn say "hey, how you doin' ?", as they are walking a way from you, not even waiting for an answer from you, you can not exactly describe the exchange you have just had as an "in-depth", or even a "caring" conversation. Rather, in truth, it is a cold and empty communication with that person.

If this describes the type of relationship that you have with the LORD, it is not difficult to predict that if this is the essence of the relationship it will soon stall. When we seem to easily slide through all the well worn lines that have been recited for decades, or quickly throw in a cliche' or two at GOD and try to pass that off as prayer, our relationship with the LORD will be only a superficial one, if we can call that a relationship at all.

I do believe that GOD hears and understand these feeble attempts at communication, but by limiting our communications with the LORD we are choosing to delegate our relationship with HIM into the category of shallowness and hurting ourselves by limiting the full benefit of what HE might say in return to us. GOD does know us and HIS greatest desire is to have a genuine and full relationship with HIM.

To achieve this we find a good place to start is the very centre of the Bible in the book of Psalms. A collection of songs, praise, prayer and the very expression of the human experience which is without the cliche's or the worn out tired phrases that so often dot our communication with HIM.

The several authors of these beautiful songs, and expressions of our feelings towards the LORD, really do pour out the feelings we have as human beings, HIS Children, reflecting the dynamic and powerful life changing thoughts we have throughout our friendship and communication we have with GOD.

The Psalmists confess their sins freely, expressing their doubts, fears and praise, coming to the LORD in their time of need. Reading the book of Psalms brings today's world and the concerns of our generation right into light and right before the LORD.

Just like the days of old, today people still cry out to the LORD while in their despair, at the height of celebration there is delight and joy in the recognition of how much the LORD loves us which is demonstrated in HIS fearfully and wonderful creation of us, HIS children. But whether in despair or joy we will always hear the honest feelings within the authors sharing of their prayers and rejoicing of the LORD.

It is because we can see the honesty of our ancestors, generation after generation have learned to come to the FATHER for comfort during those times of struggling and despair, knowing absolutely through honest communication between our human condition and the heavenly FATHER is rewarded with a deep and rewarding relationship. Taking us from our depths of despair to new heights and joy and praise as we discover the power of our GODS everlasting love and forgiveness. Let the voices of the ancients guide you into a deep and genuine relationship that will last forever, unto eternity, after all isn't that we are all looking for; a relationship where we can truly be honest with our feelings, good, bad, angry, happy, indifferent, afraid, rejoicefull, without the fear of rejection?

GOD is never disappointed with us when we are at our lowest, feeling like screaming or crying out in pure anger, frustration and despair. The exact opposite is true, this is when HE embraces us and our frailties, accepting us just as we are and with loving hands, arms wide open HE calls us to HIM that HE may comfort us without judgement for our honesty. HE knows the fragile hearts that we have, and HE know how easily we are confused by our own emotionality, spirituality, physicality and how we change from moment to moment, day to day. We can rejoice with HIM one moment and be broken by dismay in the next. And still HE loves us all the more because we are willing to come to HIM, seek HIM, and receive HIM even in our darkest moments.

For me, the Psalms often hold the secrets to how truly great Our LORD is and I love to come across the nuggets of his personality. There is absolute joy in obeying the LORD; when, for instance HE tells us not to follow the advice of the wicked and not to listen to those who would discredit HIM, or try to tell you to dismiss HIS words, keep in mind how far this got Adam and Eve if they had only listened to the LORD and not listened to the wicked one!

Our friends and associates can have a profound influence on us in often very subtle ways, which is exactly how Satan works, in very subtle ways. It is not always apparent to us when we have begun to stray away from GOD, placing our very mortal and eternal lives in peril. If we insist on having friendships with "friends" who mock our LORD, the very nature of these friendships will cause us to sin and slowly, almost unnoticeabley we will then start becoming indifferent to the will of the LORD. Then we will begin to take on the same "attitudes" and "behaviors" of our friends and then one day it happens, we hear ourselves mocking GOD !

As a Christian youth, or even as an adult, we must be constantly asking ourselves if our attitudes and behaviors are building up our faith or are they tearing it down? Our attitudes, behaviors, friends should be a demonstration of our faith drawing us closer to GOD, not hindering our relationship with HIM.

GOD is not judging us on the basis of our race, sex, origin but rather HE looks at our hearts and judges us on our faith in HIM, what our relationship with HIM is like and our response to HIS revealed will.

If we diligently try to obey GOD's will we will receive HIS blessings and if a friend examines us they should see us as "healthy, strong fruit bearing trees, that are like they have been planted alongside a fresh flowing river!" Our friends should be able to see all of GOD's blessings upon us with HIS wisdom guiding our lives. In contrast our friends should be able to see the stark difference between the friends who are following Jesus and those who are not. The friends who do not follow GOD and Jesus Christ and who are not guided by the Holy Spirit will be like trees who simply blow in the wind with withering leaves which fall constantly and are spiritually as dry as the dust. Can your friends see the difference in you?

There are only two paths that are placed before any of us ---- GOD's way, that leads us to obedience, blessing and peace that comes with knowing that we have an assured life in the eternity of living in the Kingdom in our very own mansions; or the path of rebellion, which leads to destruction, hopelessness, loneliness, depression and despair forever living in the lake of fire, with hell spread out for eternity before us.

You can easily learn to follow GOD simply by reading HIS Word and honestly thinking about what HE tells you in HIS Word.

Ask yourself some difficult questions, thinking honestly about the answers, make a commitment to GOD to live by your answers to questions such as:
How do I have to change?
What things do I need to do to ensure my eternal life?
Do I know what GOD says in HIS Word, or do I only
know a phrase or two?
Do I know HIS Word and HIS Will, can I see it in my life?

The more we know from Moses, the Prophets, Jesus Christ, Matthew, Mark, Luke, John, Peter, Paul, and all the other writers who make up the whole of the Scriptures the greater our resources will be when we require guidance and tools. We will have a wealth of knowledge to draw from when we have to make a critical decision and even the day to day decisions that we have to make in our daily lives which ultimately make our walk upon this earth a much easier one and more enjoyable.

It is much easier to go to school, or your job, knowing that you are well prepared and that you will succeed. Reading the Word and reflecting upon the meaning of the teachings will do exactly that for you and in your day to day life and ensure that you will have a great day, week, month, year and life every step along the way on this journey of life.

Think about the simple wisdom of these verses found in the very first Psalm:
"The more we delight in obeying GOD,
the more fruit we will bear."

On the other hand, the more we allow our "friends" to ridicule GOD in our presence, it will affect everything we think, do, and how we behave, it Will Seperate us from our source of nursihment, just as surely as if we ripped a tree, out of the ground, by its' roots, when it once stood on the banks of a free flowing river.

But we must allow even unbelieving friends into our lives, if we are going to let them see the evidence of the LORD working in us, through us, and blessing us. If we are going to use our lives as a living testament and witness to them, we have to allow them to be a part of the miricle that GOD is to us. We must, however, be cautious, falling happens without notice, and we may find ourselves imitating and even joining in with them in sinful behaviors.

As the scriptures say, "In all they do, they prosper." It does not mean immunity to failure or difficulty. It is not a guarantee of health, honesty, happiness and wealth. What GOD means by prosperity is this: Applying HIS wisdom in our daily lives will ensure that our own "fruit" (the truth of our lives shown to the world) will be good and people will see GOD's blessings and approval upon us.

Just as the tree by the river soaks up the water and bears luscious fruits, we also soak up GOD's Word, and in turn our actions and behaviors will honor GOD. To acheive anything worthwhile we MUST have GOD's word in our hearts, mind, and souls at all times. Without GOD and HIS Word in our hearts our lifes will be directionless and blow every which way, never settlling or firmly planting anywhere. Never producing good fruit.

So be careful when you are in the company of unbelievers and cause your heart to do the will of the LORD, even in their company, you never know , you may be the reason someone else gives their life to CHRIST becoming another bright light in a dark world.

Even if You have Fallen, GOD WILL Pour Out HIS Love on those who love HIM

Have you ever felt that you have 'messed' things up so much that they can never be restored?
Just that statement should help you understand that there is hope! If you are worried about messing up to the point that the LORD will be forever angry at you, there is the proof that you care. You care about what the LORD thinks about the things you do.

Let us take a look at Psalm 36 for a moment.

The very first thing we see in this Psalm is that 'sin' is something that is held in a deep place within the heart
Sinners have no fear of GOD, there is no restraint or fear and the sinner is so blind in their own self interest that they do not even give a thought to how truly wicked they are.
They speak with wicked, crooked, and lying tongues and are consumed with thoughts of evil and hatching evil plans against others, and they will never come to any good and they do not turn from their evil ways or even make an attempt to change them.

It is these types of people who are totally lost to the LORD. HE has all ready turned HIS back on them because HE knows that their evil ways and desires are much more important to them than changing, crying out to GOD and making their hearts right before HIM.

Because the wicked have no fear of GOD, nothing restrains them from sinning. They plunge ahead as if nothing will happen to them! But GOD Is Just, and only delaying their punishment.

In contrast to evil people and their wicked plots that always end in failure, there are those people who just 'fall down' disappointing themselves, and the LORD, but because their hearts are basically good, GOD is just waiting for us to come to HIM.

The LORD is faithful, righteous, and just. HIS love is as vast as the heavens; HIS faithfulness reaches beyond the clouds; HIS righteousness is as solid as the mighty mountains; and every judgement HE makes are as full of wisdom just as the oceans are as full of water. The LORD cares for people and animals alike. HIS love is precious and unfailing.
So if you do make a mistake you have a Heavenly FATHER who forgives you and holds you in the palm of HIS hands and all of humanity, indeed all living things will find shelter there in the shadow of HIS wings.

Those who choose the love of the LORD are feed from the mighty abundance of HIS house, and HE allows us to drink from the rivers of HIS delight because HE Is the fountain of our life, and it is HE is the light by which we see by.

"Fountain of life" is such a wonderfully vivid image that is so full of promise, promise of a fresh cleansing water that fills our very spirit, we see this same picture being used in the book of Jeremiah 2:13, where GOD is called the "fountain of living water." Jesus spoke of himself as living water that could quench thirst forever and give eternal life in John 4:14 .

We can cry out to the LORD to pour out HIS unfailing love unto those of us that HE knows love HIM, and because we love HIM we can ask HIM to give us justice as long as our hearts are honest without those who are proud and evil trampling us or letting the wicked push us around. There Will come a time when we will see the wicked fall, thrown down, and never to rise again.

Even though it might seem to those who peer into a wicked mans life, that man is seemingly getting everything that he wants and desires. But heed this warning---do not ever find yourself placing envy towards the evil man! No matter how much they seem to have, or how rich they appear to be, know this: the absolute truth is that no matter how much they seem to have, it will fade and vanish like the grass that withers and dies.

Those who follow GOD live differently from the wicked and, in the end it is those who trust and love the LORD will have greater wealth and riches in heaven than can ever be counted by any man on earth. The unbeliever may have 'things' on this earth might even last a lifetime, but what the person who dedicates themselves to the LORD will have unspeakable treasures laid up for them in heaven where no man can rob, steal, or destroy their riches that are given by the All Mighty GOD Himself!

There is no other encouragement to give except to say give your life to the LORD and you will never lack a single thing or go poor in this world or in the promised eternal home waiting for you, given freely by the LORD It is yours forever, a true gift from the LORD Himself!

How much better it will be to live with the LORD forever in heaven than to have a wicked heart today and no hope of an eternal tomorrow.

Peace in Christ

So You are walking arond and you hear ...."Come, let us talk this Over!"

Isaiah was a prophet during the time when the original nation of Israel was divided into two kingdoms --- Israel in the north and Judah in the south. Both kingdoms were sinning against GOD; perverting justice, oppressing the poor, turning from GOD to idols.
Judah received Isaiah as a prophet who came to them with a message and a warning for the northern kingdom ---

okay, so that is a little bit of the history found in the BIBLE and for this study we are going to use Isaiah 1: 17-18

Let us take a little artistic leverage here, bringing this story into the events of today.

So let us say that you were minding your own business but you lived in an area where two cities were having a war against each other, and you could not easily pass between one area or the other because of the political problems, but then one day GOD says to you:
"Come and let us talk this over!"

Now obviously any time you are just walking around and minding your own thoughts and not expecting to much, GOD suddenly talks with you! WOW! Okay, that would shake you up a little bit yes?
But more than that the LORD tells you that HE wants you to go and talk to the two waring cities and deliver this message:
"Come and let us talk this over!"
"No matter how deep the stain of your sins, I can remove it. I can make you as clean
as freshly fallen snow. Even if you are stained as red as crimson, I can make you
as white as wool. If you will only obey ME and let ME help you, then you will have plenty
to eat. But if you keep turning away and refusing to listen, you will be destroyed by your
enemies. I, the LORD, have spoken!"
Holy smokes! Imagine having to deliver that message!
If we are keeping this in the present day, and for now let us do that, because the LORD's Word is true for all time, yesterday, today, and tomorrow! That is a promise that you can hang onto.
Now even though this message was given to Isaiah, to give to the north and south kingdoms, we can actually take this to heart for ourselves.
Imagine for a moment that you are wrestling within your own mind, on the one hand you know that you are sinning, but you do not know what to do about it.
The LORD, even in this message, gives all of us hope. Even as the LORD has said this to a nation, HE has said it to us.
When the LORD has said, "Come let us argue this out." It is an invitation, extended to each of us. When we are having difficulties the LORD is extending to us an invitation to come to HIM and to talk things over with HIM. Even though the word 'argue' is used in the BIBLE, HE is not talking about arguing with you, HE wants to talk with you. This is an invitation, not only to talk but also to straighten things out between you and HIM.
HE wants to talk with you, wants to work things out, and HE even gives you promises in this verse to prove to you that this is HIS desire to 'work things out'.
If GOD has a desire to work with a nation, that has split, and is sinning grievously against HIM, and still HE directs Isaiah to go and speak with the north and south Kingdom and tell them that they could still go to the LORD, despite their sin.
As with these Kingdoms, GOD is willing to speak to each of us, not only about what we have done, but what HE is willing to do all that HE can to make sure that you are found to be 'cleansed' of all sin, even if they are as crimson red as blood, HE will make them whiter than snow!
How great is that for a promise?! Taking the very worse things you have done and making them as if they were not so! What a promise and what a hope, this is true Mercy and Grace, and GOD offers this to each of us if we will only come and 'talk' things over with HIM.
So please be encouraged when you read this passage, remember this is an invitation to you to work out what ever has happened in your life with GOD and straighten it all out without punishment but rather with promise. Promises to take all the sin ever committed and make it as if it never happened. Now while not stated in this passage, GOD does say that HE will remove your sin as far as the east is from the west.
Now why these particular words, you might wonder. The reason for this is that the east and the west never meet, ergo, once your sins have been forgiven, they will never be seen or referred to again. They are gone forever!
Isn't GOD great! Praise the name of the LORD!

Does GOD Really KNOW ME

Does GOD Really KNOW ME?

A good question, and often asked by young people today. The answer is very rarely given in concise terms, or rarely answered to the satisfaction of the youthful mind searching for the answer. Well today you will have your answer and the proof!

YES! GOD KNOWS YOU!
How do I know that? Simple --- GOD told me!

(I am going to be using passages from the Bible to present the truth to you, but I also want you to understand that I have used a smattering of artistic license to put the 'conversation' together. I have used the books of Jeremiah, Psalm, and Isaiah, for this .... if you are not fimiliar with how the Bible is laid out, here is a short lesson: Jeremiah 1:4-9 .... this is the major compenent used for this writing ....
Jeremiah is the 'book' in the Bible, the first number is the chapter from that book, and the numbers after the colon ( : ) are the verses used. For this blog I have used the following: Jeremiah 1:4-9; Psalm 139:15-16; Isaiah 49:1-5 ...., hope this is clearer than 'mud' for you....hang on here we go ! )

Jeremiah, who is an important son of one of the leading Priests, Hilkiah, lives in a little town called Anathoth, (which is in the land of Benjamin) and he had been having conversations with GOD since the thirteenth year of King Josiah's reign in Judah, and they had lots and lots of conversations with one another, that is why some people today call Jeremiah a minor prohpet.
....but just to be totally honest with you, any time you have a lot of conversations
with GOD, I would say that is pretty major ! ......

So here is the gigg. Jeremiah and GOD are having a conversation and it goes something like this....

Jeremiah: "LORD how do you know me?"

GOD: " I knew you BEFORE I 'formed' you in your mother's womb.
BEFORE you were born I 'set' you 'apart' and I 'appointed' you
as MY spokesman to the world ! "

....you will see (obviously) that I have placed some words into capital letters, and other
words are placed into ' ....' marks, this is because I will be making specific reference to
these particular words later on in our discussion....

JEREMIAH: " YOU made all of my delicate inner parts?"

GOD: "Yes, Jeremiah, I, the LORD, 'knit' you together in your mother's
womb, and I, the LORD, 'formed' together your every bone."

JEREMIAH: " Thank-you, oh LORD for making me so wonderfully complex!
YOUR workmanship is marvelous, and how I know it well."

GOD: " I was with you as you were being formed in the utter seclusion
and it was I, the LORD, who wove you together in the darkness
of your mother's womb."

JEREMIAH: " You, oh LORD, 'saw' me before I was born? "

GOD: "Yes Jeremiah, and even more than that, I have recorded every
day of your life into my books. Every moment of your life has
been laid out, and All of this I completed 'before' a 'single day'
had passed !"

JEREMIAH: "Oh my LORD, how precious are Your thoughts about me.
They are innumerable! I am not even able to begin
to count them; they out number all the grains of the sand! And
when I awake in the morning you are 'still' with me!"

....., there, proof positive !
Now you might well say that this only concerns Jeremiah, but that would be incorrect thinking, because, if GOD had to'knit' Jeremiah together, does it not stand to reason that HE would have to do the same for you? After all Jeremiah was not the first person GOD created, so if Jeremiah were not the first person, and GOD was still having to 'knit' together people in their mother's womb, then HE must have had to do the same thing for you!

GOD tells Jeremiah that HE 'knew' him BEFORE he was formed ! Now think about that for a moment. If GOD 'knew' Jeremiah BEFORE HE even formed him, does that not speak to the fact that GOD placed a lot of thought into who Jeremiah was, and who he was going to be?

GOD also tells Jeremiah that HE 'set' him 'apart' and HE 'appointed' him .... this is all pretty specific thought processes for a single persons creation ! If GOD thought about all of these things for Jeremiah, how much did HE think of You when HE was spending all that time with You, knitting you together in your mother's womb?

Think about the almost ten months that it takes to 'create' a human life? Every single moment, of every single day of those ten months, GOD is with You, secretly, privately, fearfully and wonderfully knitting You together! Do you not then think that in all that time HE is not talking with you? Giving you purpose and direction in your life, 'setting you apart', and 'appointing' you to your own specific purpose for being here today?

Even more than this however, GOD tells Jeremiah that HE knew him before a single day had passed!!! That is like, WOW! Before the very first day of the world, before GOD created the heavens, earth, oceans, fish, people, animals, HE all ready knew Everyday that Jeremiah was going to live, HE had all ready recorded all the days of Jeremiah's life into HIS book, and set down every moment .... that is HUGE !!!

Now if GOD has done all of this for Jeremiah, HE has certainly done this for Every person HE ever chose to create ---- yes this means you too ! GOD knew You, before HE knew your Mom and Dad, before HE knew what kind of day it would be on the 27th of November 1776! HE has ALWAYS known You!
HE knows you today as well as HE knew You as HE knitted You together in your mother's womb!

Think about this just a little bit more...., You and GOD spent some very personal time together, when no one else was ever even able to talk with you, You and GOD were spending every single moment together! Do you not think that during this very private and intimate time in that darkness, that GOD did not speak to you about the very special person you are today, and the very special person you were meant to be? Do you not think that GOD, knowing You BEFORE a single day of this world had even come and gone, does not value You, Love You, have very special plans and purposes for Your life?

Look at what Jeremiah says to GOD about the thoughts that HE, GOD, must of had for him, Jeremiah, he says that these thoughts about him were to GOD, "precious thoughts", they were thoughts that were too "innumerable to count", thoughts that out numbered every single 'grain' of "sand" upon the earth ---- how many grains of sand are there in the whole world?! Mind boggling isn't ! That is exactly how many thoughts GOD had about You!

So the next time that you are feeling down, or wondering perhaps if you are important to any one, or even if there is a GOD, and if there is does HE know YOU?! Think about this .... ! Think about the fact that GOD is with you every single morning that you awake, just as HE was there for Jeremiah.

GOD has called You. GOD has chosen YOU. GOD has purposed YOU and has great plans for YOU and YOUR life ....., if this were not so, why would GOD have even bothered to spend ALL that time thinking about You, and knitting You together? If YOU were not important, if the LORD did not know You, HE would not have spent all that time thinking about You, loving You, or calling You into greatness within Your own life.

Is ther a GOD and does HE Know You? ..... YOU can count on it!
